Terms and Conditions

This policy applies to online pre-bookings, direct purchases via WhatsApp, social networks, affiliate sites, and on the Jonathan Rent Car platform.

1. Refund Structure:

– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 10% of the service fee.

– Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will incur a charge of 20%.

– Cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance, or in case of no-shows, will be charged the full service fee (100%). No refund will be provided in these cases.

2. No Fee Applicable If:

– The transfer is canceled by Jonathan Rent Car.

– The activity cannot be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions.

– Cancellations are due to medical reasons.

Group reservation conditions, as well as terms for rentals and private trips, may vary.

3. Third-Party Bookings:

For services booked through another website or agency, please contact them directly and adhere to their refund and cancellation policies.

4. Force Majeure:

In the rare event of Force Majeure, Jonathan Rent Car will offer a voucher for the purchased service, valid for 1 year from the initial date of the activity. If a voucher is not suitable, we request your patience and understanding as we process your case.

Please note, any fees charged or paid to third parties (like PayPal or banks) cannot be refunded.

The refund will be issued to the payment method provided by the client, considering international transfer times and any additional charges imposed by the transaction.

If the payment is disputed with a bank or credit card and does not reach our account, the client will be contacted to resolve the payment upon arrival.

Payments made in dollars through the website may be processed in Dominican pesos at the current exchange rate of the receiving bank.
